Why these work
Built on how the brain actually changes.
Every toolkit follows the same order: name what is happening, steady your system, then practise a different response until it holds. That sequence is deliberate. It follows what we know about the brain’s threat response and about neuroplasticity, that a pattern learned under pressure is changed the same way it was built, through repetition. I bring a clinical eye to this work, from more than ten years as a registered nurse and NHS leader alongside brain-based coaching training.
